Your Accommodation in Antequera - Your home from home

Our house is an old farmhouse in the middle of several farms in the countryside just outside of Antequera, Spain.

There is a BBQ area for those lazy days when you are too tired to eat out.

We have a beautiful walled courtyard with an arched, covered terrace perfect for eating out in the heat of the summer.

Why not relax in our pool and cool off after a hard day of sightseeing.

There is also a small garden area where you can watch the beautiful sunset over the famous Antequera Castle and Indians head mountain.

Inside the house has a very typical and traditional Spanish feel about it, and is a cool retreat in the summer months.  Guest bedrooms have twin beds and private bathrooms, internet access is also available.

About Antequera

Antequera is a medieval market town known as the heart of Andalucia because of it’s central location between Malaga, Granada, Sevilla and Cordoba. The town has excellent motorway access and is approximately 45 minutes from Malaga airport and Granada airport and about 5 minutes from the new Antequera airport which is due to be completed in the next few years. It is a 1 hour drive to the cities of Sevilla and Granada and 45 minutes from all the attractions of the Costa Del Sol.

Antequera is set in the middle of an agricultural plain, surrounded by mountains, the most famous of which is the Indians Head or Lovers Leap or locally known as “Geronimo”. There are the remains of a Moorish castle overlooking Antequera and there are some stunning views from the castle walls.

Just a few miles outside of Antequera is the El Torcal National Park which is full of stunning limestone rock sculptures, a definite must see.
