Dear Sue,

Isobel & Andrew had a marvellous holiday in Nerja, I've seen the photos and heard all the news.

Isobel is very keen to return next year for two weeks in June as she wants to go away for her birthday.

We also have another support team within our project and a few other support workers have expressed an interest in your supported holiday package and that some of their clients would be looking for a holiday next year. Social work dept. are also impressed with the company.

Thank you for making this holiday possible for them, it gave me personal joy to see them so full of the holiday. They have seen and done things they never had before.

Extract from 'The Devon Newsletter´ Spring 2004':

We arranged the holiday through a be-spoke holiday company called Supported Holidays. It is run by Sue Osman, she is based in Nerja. She can arrange anything from a villa to b&b or a hotel. Sue will arrange anything from 24-7 care to as little care as you need. We booked 12 hours of support over the week for horse riding, markets and go to Gibraltar. Sue is a lovely lady and it gave us great peace of mind to be able to go abroad knowing everything we did would be accessible and the support we needed would be there. It was a family holiday and it allowed Maya to be our daughter and not our helper.

We wouldn't hesitate to go again with Supported Holidays and having checked out prices on TV Travel Shop, Sue's prices aren't OTT and you are getting a tailor made holiday for you!"

Hi Sue,
The diary is great! We've just been looking at the photos again; I haven't seen Pam so enthusiastic for years. Her previous holidays have been in group situations with people who are far more 'dependent'
than she is, and she loved the individual attention and the feeling of being part of a family. I'll be in touch again, Eve.

Thank you taking care of all the arrangements which made our holiday so carefree. A special thank you for the information you gave us regarding the officialdom we were not expecting and then sorting it all out for us. Your collection and delivery service to the airport went down very well and you being able to find accommodation for us in such an appropriate part of town was a bonus. All in all you took the tedious arrangements from us so that we could concentrate on enjoying our holiday.
